The commitment

This site aims to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA. It is built with semantic HTML, works with a keyboard, keeps visible focus states, respects reduced-motion settings, holds AA colour contrast, and works without JavaScript for reading and for the core enquiry path.

Known limitations

• The optional map on the Land Potential Check is pointer-driven. The equivalent route needs no map: enter a postcode, a what3words address or an OS grid reference as text and the same read runs at the same point.
• The animated background textures are decorative, hidden from assistive technology, and disabled when your system asks for reduced motion.
