We are a lean, senior team across land, planning and design, and we bring in specialist consultants site by site rather than carrying a large firm's overheads. It keeps us quick, it keeps us accountable, and it means the people who appraise your land are the people who promote it.
Lean does not mean limited. The experience behind Bowmont includes taking a scheme of up to 1,550 homes, with schools, transport and infrastructure, through the planning system to consent. We have the capability to deliver at scale, and the discipline to only take on what we can do properly.
Most of the land we promote is for new homes, where the need is greatest. But the best use is not always housing. Where a site is worth more as employment, logistics, leisure or a mix of uses, we promote that too.

We take the risk with you and only do well when your land does. Our interest and yours point the same way, from the first walk onward.
Transparent
Plain terms, read line by line. No jargon used to wear you down, no clause you have not had explained. We would rather lose a site than win it unfairly.

The country is short of houses and the case for building is beyond argument.
